Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are entered into by and between You (“Client” or “You”) and SCJ Coaching, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

 

Program
The Company agrees to provide You with access to Inner Healing Prayer — A Guided Experience with Katy Sappington, a three-part live virtual workshop series, together with any related recordings, resources, or materials made available as part of the offer purchased or made available to You through an eligible Restore membership plan (“Program”). The Program consists of three live virtual workshops and associated recordings. The Program may also include guided prayer experiences, teaching, Q&A, downloadable resources, written materials, or related educational and spiritual formation materials, depending on the specific offer purchased or Your membership eligibility. As a condition of participating in the Program, You agree to be bound by and to abide by these Terms.

 

Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, & Disclaimer
The Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms. Except as modified by these Terms, each of those agreements and policies shall apply fully to Your participation in the Program. In the event of a conflict between any of those policies and these Terms, these Terms shall govern.

 

Nature of The Relationship
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. The Company is agreeing only to provide Client with access to the Program, which provides education, spiritual formation, and information. The information contained in the Program, including any teaching, guided prayer, workshop content, materials, or interactions with the instructor, is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, medical, mental health, therapeutic, spiritual counseling, legal, financial, or other professional advice. The Program includes teachings, presentations, guided prayer experiences, materials, conversations, or other contributions from Katy Sappington as a guest instructor and third-party contributor. Katy Sappington is independent from the Company unless expressly stated otherwise. The views, opinions, teachings, methods, recommendations, or materials shared by Katy Sappington are her own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Company. The Company does not guarantee, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, suitability, effectiveness, or results of any information, methods, practices, prayer experiences, or resources shared by Katy Sappington. You are responsible for using Your own judgment and discernment before applying any information shared by the Company or any guest contributor.

 

Guest Instructor and Third-Party Contributor
You agree that You do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. The Company does not grant You any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of the Company, its instructors, guest experts, speakers, teachers, practitioners, third-party contributors, licensors, or suppliers except as expressly authorized in these Terms. Any infringement or unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property or any third-party contributor’s intellectual property may result in immediate termination of the license granted hereunder. If You violate the intellectual property rights of the Company or Katy Sappington, or any other contributor, Your access to the Program may be terminated immediately, and You shall not be entitled to a refund.

 

Fees
In consideration of Your access to the Program, You agree to pay the fee displayed at checkout. If the Program is included as part of an eligible Restore membership plan, Your access is subject to the terms, billing, cancellation, and eligibility rules of Your Restore membership. Program fees, included features, bonuses, savings, and access periods may vary by offer, promotion, enrollment period, or membership plan and are subject to change.

 

Access Through Restore Membership
The Program may be included with eligible Restore membership plans. Active members on eligible 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month Restore subscription plans may receive access to the Program during their active paid membership period. Monthly Restore members may become eligible for access after three consecutive months of active paid membership, subject to the Restore Membership Terms & Conditions. Access through Restore is available only during active paid membership and does not continue after membership ends unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

 

Standalone Purchase Access
If You purchase the Program as a standalone product outside of a Restore membership, Your purchase provides access only to this specific three-part workshop series and its associated recordings during the stated access period. A standalone purchase does not include access to the full Restore membership, Restore video library, monthly classes, class Q&As, member-only resources, or other workshops or series unless expressly stated in writing. Purchase of this Program does not grant access to future workshops, series, or updates unless expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

 

No Refunds
All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to materials and recordings, all payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. You agree that You shall not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including unused access, missed live sessions, scheduling conflicts, or unused portions of the Program, except where required by law.

 

Program Delivery
The Company will provide Client with access to three live virtual workshops and associated recordings. The Program may also include guided prayer experiences, teaching, Q&A, downloadable resources, written materials, or other educational and spiritual formation materials. Live workshop dates, times, format, length, and availability may vary. The Company may reschedule, replace, modify, or cancel any live workshop at its discretion due to scheduling needs, holidays, illness, technical issues, low enrollment, or other circumstances.

 

Recordings and Access Period
The Program includes access to recordings of the three live workshops. Access to recordings is provided in lieu of live attendance and is not contingent upon participation in the live workshops. For Restore members, access is available only during active paid membership and eligibility. For standalone purchasers, access is limited to the access period stated at checkout or in the offer details. The Company may update, replace, or discontinue access to recordings or materials at its discretion, subject to the access period associated with Your purchase or membership.

 

Ownership Of All Intellectual Property
All content included in the Program is the property of the Company and its contributors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program content for personal use only during the applicable access period. You may not record, copy, share, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, resell, teach, train from, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any Program content without express written permission.

 

Confidentiality
The Company respects Your privacy and will not disclose Your information except as set forth in these Terms. You agree to respect the privacy of other Program participants. You shall not share any information provided by other Program participants outside of the Program unless You receive express written permission. You agree not to share Program content or materials with anyone outside of the Program, including individuals who are not active participants, unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.

 

Personal Responsibility
By participating in the Program, You accept personal responsibility for Your results. The Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes. You understand that results depend on Your own efforts, circumstances, and application. You agree to use judgment and due diligence before applying any information from the Program.

 

Materials Provided By You
The Company does not claim ownership of materials You submit but may use them as necessary to operate and improve the Program. Live sessions may be recorded, and Your participation (including name, voice, image, or comments) may be included. If You do not wish to be identified, You may keep Your camera off and avoid sharing identifying information. The Company will request separate permission before using identifiable content for marketing.

 

No Warranties
The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

 

Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from Your participation in the Program. You release the Company from all claims related to the Program to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Orange County, California. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from Your use of the Program or violation of these Terms.

 

Voluntary Participation
Your participation is voluntary, and You have not relied on any guarantees or representations.

 

Termination
The Company may terminate Your access at any time for violation of these Terms, without refund.

 

Client’s Representations
You acknowledge that You are responsible for Your own well-being, that the Company does not provide medical or therapeutic services, and that participation may involve emotional or spiritual experiences for which You assume all associated risks.

 

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company.

 

Severability
If any provision is found to be invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.

 

Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive that right.

 

Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays due to events beyond its control.

 

Effective Date
These Terms take effect upon purchase, registration, or access to the Program.
