Flourish Gathering Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and participation in The Flourish Gathering (the "Event"), organized by Sarah Jackson Coaching, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
- Event Information
The Flourish Gathering is a one-day educational and spiritual event currently scheduled for September 26, 2026, in Orange County, California.
The Company reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, venue, speakers, programming, activities, or other details as reasonably necessary.
- Eligibility
The Event is intended for women ages sixteen (17) and older.
Attendees under the age of sixteen (17) are not permitted to attend, including infants and children.
Attendees who are seventeen (17) years old must attend with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By purchasing a ticket for a minor attendee, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf and assumes responsibility for the minor's participation in the Event.
- Tickets, Refunds, and Transfers
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in circumstances involving illness, travel delays, scheduling conflicts, family emergencies, weather conditions, or other personal circumstances.
If the Event is postponed, purchased tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. Attendees who cannot attend the rescheduled Event may request a refund within the timeframe communicated by the Company.
If the Event is canceled by the Company and not rescheduled, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket purchase price. The Company's liability shall be limited solely to the amount paid for the ticket and shall not include reimbursement for travel, lodging, meals, lost wages, or other incidental or consequential expenses.
- Venue and Program Changes
Final venue information and a detailed schedule will be provided to registered attendees prior to the Event.
The Company reserves the right to relocate the Event to a substantially comparable venue within Orange County, California, substitute speakers, modify programming, adjust schedules, or alter Event content as necessary without creating any right to a refund.
- Educational and Spiritual Purpose
The Event is provided for educational, spiritual, and informational purposes only.
Nothing presented during the Event constitutes medical advice, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or any other professional healthcare service.
Participation in the Event is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, counseling, or other professional services. Attendees should consult qualified professionals regarding their individual circumstances.
- No Guarantees or Warranties
The Event is provided for educational, spiritual, informational, and community purposes only.
Sarah Jackson Coaching, LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding any particular spiritual, emotional, psychological, relational, physical, financial, or other outcomes arising from participation in the Event.
Individual experiences vary, and no specific healing, transformation, breakthrough, restoration, recovery, or other result is promised or guaranteed.
All Event content, materials, activities, and experiences are provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
- Voluntary Participation, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability
The Event may include embodied practices, gentle movement, breathing exercises, reflective activities, prayer experiences, creative exercises, group discussions, and other experiential components.
Participation in all activities is entirely voluntary.
Attendees are encouraged to participate at their own pace and according to their own physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Individuals may choose to rest, observe, step away, or decline participation in any activity at any time.
Attendees acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining whether participation in any activity is appropriate for their individual circumstances.
By attending the Event, participants represent that they are physically, emotionally, and mentally capable of participating and will refrain from engaging in any activity they believe may pose a risk to themselves or others.
Participants acknowledge that spiritual, reflective, and trauma-informed experiences may evoke strong emotions, memories, or personal insights and voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation.
By attending the Event, participants knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional discomfort, psychological responses, spiritual experiences, or other unforeseen effects.
To the fullest extent permitted under California law, attendees release and hold harmless Sarah Jackson Coaching, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, speakers, volunteers, venue partners, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the Event, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Photography, Video, and Media Release
Photography and video recording may occur during the Event.
By attending the Event, participants grant Sarah Jackson Coaching, LLC and its representatives the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, record, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise utilize their likeness, voice, image, and appearance for promotional, educational, marketing, editorial, and commercial purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without additional notice.
Participants waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials in which their likeness, voice, image, or appearance may appear and waive any claim to compensation arising from such use.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to conduct photography and videography in a manner consistent with the Event's trauma-informed values and respectful of sensitive moments.
No livestream, replay, or internal Event recording for attendee access is guaranteed or provided.
- Intellectual Property
All Event materials, teachings, presentations, handouts, graphics, recordings, trademarks, logos, and other content provided by the Company or its speakers remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners.
Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, record, publish, sell, livestream, or create derivative works from Event content without prior written permission.
Personal notes taken during the Event are permitted.
Creative works produced by attendees during the Event, including journals, vision boards, artwork, and written reflections, remain the intellectual property of their creators.
However, attendees acknowledge that such materials may appear incidentally in photographs or videos taken during the Event and used by the Company for promotional, educational, marketing, editorial, or commercial purposes, consistent with the Photography, Video, and Media Release above.
- Merchandise Sales
The Company may offer books, merchandise, or other products for purchase during the Event.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, all merchandise sales are final.
All merchandise is subject to availability.
- Code of Conduct
The Flourish Gathering is committed to fostering a respectful, welcoming, trauma-informed, and spiritually enriching environment.
Attendees agree to treat speakers, staff, volunteers, venue personnel, and fellow participants with dignity, kindness, and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, disruptive behavior, unwanted solicitation, or conduct that materially interferes with the experience, safety, or well-being of others will not be tolerated.
The Company reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is deemed harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Event. Removal from the Event shall not entitle the attendee to any refund or compensation.
- Accessibility and Accommodations
Sarah Jackson Coaching, LLC desires to make the Event accessible to attendees. Requests for reasonable accommodations should be submitted as far in advance of the Event as possible, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests consistent with applicable law, venue limitations, and available resources.
- Communicable Illnesses
Attendees agree not to attend the Event if they are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, have been advised by a medical professional not to attend public gatherings, or would otherwise place the health and safety of other participants at unreasonable risk.
By attending the Event, participants voluntarily assume the risks associated with exposure to communicable illnesses that may occur in any public gathering and release the Company from claims arising from such exposure, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law or resulting from the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Personal Property
Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
Sarah Jackson Coaching, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought to or used during the Event.
- Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays, modifications, postponements, or cancellations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fires, pandemics, public health emergencies, governmental actions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, utility failures, venue closures, or other unforeseen events.
In such circumstances, the Company may postpone, relocate, modify, or cancel the Event as reasonably necessary.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Sarah Jackson Coaching, LLC arising from or relating to the Event shall not exceed the amount paid by the attendee for the applicable ticket.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including travel expenses, lodging costs, lost income, emotional distress, or other related losses.
- Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, Sarah Jackson Coaching, LLC may, but has no obligation to, seek emergency medical assistance on behalf of an attendee.
Attendees remain solely responsible for all medical expenses incurred. The Company assumes no responsibility for providing medical care, supervision, or treatment during the Event.
- Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with Event registration or participation shall be handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy, available on the Company's website and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Event shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

- Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the attendee and Sarah Jackson Coaching, LLC regarding participation in the Event and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, or agreements relating to the Event, except for the Company's Privacy Policy and any other written policies expressly incorporated herein by reference.
