The Flourish Gathering

Saturday, September 26, 2026 | Irvine (Orange County), CA

I am delighted to welcome you to the very first Flourish Gathering — a space where women can gather, exhale, and encounter God together.

Throughout the years I was healing from chronic illness, depression, and a broken marriage, I longed for a space where joy and pain could sit at the same table. A space where my dysregulated body wasn't something to ignore or overcome, but something God welcomed into the redemption story He was writing. A space where I could reconnect with hope, holy desire, and the goodness of being fully human.

Flourish is the gathering I always imagined.

Together, we'll explore what it looks like to allow God’s love to meet and transform every part of us — body, mind, and heart.

Through trauma-informed biblical teaching, embodied practices, and meaningful conversation, we'll consider questions like:

✲ How do we let God's love reach the parts of us that learned to protect, strive, hide, or shut down?

✲ How do we make space for the grief, anger, fear, and pain our bodies and souls have carried — and allow them to move through us in the presence of God?

✲ How do we recover the desires God planted within us after years of fear, disappointment, or self-protection?

✲ What does it look like to reclaim the body as part of God’s good creation — not something less than, suspect, or separate from our spiritual lives?

✲ What does hope look like when our circumstances remain unresolved?

✲ Where is God inviting us to become more fully alive?

Whether you're longing for deeper healing, walking through grief or transition, or simply longing to slow down and make space to receive from God, I would love to welcome you.

Meet the Speakers

Sarah Jackson

Sarah is a nervous system coach, teacher, and the founder of Restore. Her work integrates spiritual formation with neuroscience to help women move from survival into greater freedom, hope, and wholehearted living.

After spending years navigating chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and complex trauma, Sarah loves to create spaces where women can encounter God with honesty, safety, and expectancy.

Katy Sappington

Katy is an inner healing prayer counselor who has ministered to pastors, leaders, and individuals in the United States and internationally for more than 24 years.

Her approach is deeply rooted in Scripture and centers on inviting the power of the Holy Spirit into areas of pain and confusion, trusting that He knows the root of what you carry and will meet you there with healing and freedom.

Throughout the day, you'll experience:

✲ Morning and afternoon sessions with Sarah

✲ Mid-day guided group inner healing prayer session with Katy Sappington

✲ Creative and reflective exercises

✲ Intentional table conversations and group connection

✲ Coffee, tea, and a shared lunch (allergen-free)

A detailed schedule will be shared with attendees closer to the event.

All attendees will also receive an Orange County guide with suggestions for my favorite beaches (you may have seen some of these in my Instagram stories!), restaurants, hiking, and of course, a list of hotels that are close to the venue.
